technologies, you are required to enter into our Game development license agreement. This information may be gathered directly by us, by our KYC service provider (if applicable), which offers regulated money transmission services for fiat and digital currencies, or by a third-party payment processor. 
When engaging with any marketplace or storefront available through our Platform, we may collect additional personal details, including your username, password, Game profile (which encompasses your profile picture and essential information for Game functionality such as your inventory of in-Game items, Game user account profile ID, analytics ID, email address, and wallet address for transactions), as well as your unique account identifier and payment method information necessary for transactions on the OYA Platform. We also maintain records of transactions conducted on the OYA Platform.
If you create an account for our mobile application version of the Platform (“App”), we may collect your name, email address, country of origin, crypto wallet address, avatar, and nickname during the account creation process. Additionally, we may gather user behavior data from our App for analysis and product enhancement.
If you register for certain features of our Services, including a non-custodial digital
asset wallet created on the Platform (the “Wallet”), we may collect your name, email
address, or social media account information. If you opt to use social login services such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or Instagram, we may collect your contact and profile information.

2. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA THROUGH OUR SERVICES:

As you navigate our Services, we may automatically gather and store information about

• Third-party Game publishers or developers whose services are integrated with our Platform. Information collected from these third parties may include your crypto wallet’s public keys, approximate location, and other details necessary for facilitating token and digital currency transfers in and out of your Wallet.
• Directly or through third-party Game publishers or developers, we may gather the
following information about Game players: 
Your contact details, such as name and (if provided) phone number and email address.
Your player username and password.
Your Game profile, including your profile picture and any necessary information for Game functionality, such as your inventory of in-Game items. Additional data you choose to provide, such as information to recover a lost account.
Your Game user account profile ID, which is a unique OYA-specific ID generated by our Game server.
Analytics ID, a randomly generated anonymous identifier to distinguish activity across Game accounts in our analytics data.
